I have to agree with two of the previous reviews. I went to a sale they were running this weekend. The man and old lady running this sale are RUDE, especially her. No patience, no kindness whatsoever. She acts as if you're bothering her. One lady on the first floor (pretty with glasses, didn't get her name), the lady upstairs at the jewelry case and especially Henry (who always seems to be put in the basement) were very nice. Henry went out of his way to be helpful. Then there was a very small lady ... she seemed to be EVERYWHERE I went. Very pushy. Accused me of not letting them write up something I had in my hand (I hadn't decided if I wanted it yet, which I told her) and barged in to my conversation with Henry saying there were two of something when there was only one ... butt out, lady. This lady MUST be related to the one running the sale because she was just as rude. I've noticed how different the attitudes of the people running this business are from people running other sales, but this day it was directed at me ... and I DID NOT appreciate their rudeness. So, yes, I will spread the word as I'm doing now. And, Henry ... find another group to work for who will appreciate you.
