I was in a minor fender bender and Car Tech was phenomenal from start to finish! This was my first accident, so I needed a little guidance. From helping me line up a rental, communicating with me before my scheduled appointment and keeping me in the loop from the insurance side, they were fantastic! Once they had my car, Heath sent me daily pictures and information from his personal cell phone, and it was so helpful!
