Da Guild Pizza at 3235 Manchester Road, Akron, Ohio.

Called in an order for pickup. Man who took my order wasn't friendly, and had one word answers to my 2 questions (I just found out about this pizza shop). He quickly told me 25 minutes and hung up. He didn't ask for a name, number, or if I would like to add anything else to my order. I ordered at 4pm and picked up at 4:45. When I picked it up, the staff asked if I ordered other items? They couldn't read the writing in the slip and the person had left who took the order. It's less than 10 minutes to where I was taking the pizza and when I arrived there, the pizza was barely warm. Sorry to say but we won't be back. Common courtesy, take the time with the customer placing an order....maybe there was more to order but...to hang up on them is rude, and shows that you don't care.
