Could be more " Customer Friendly " if there was always a " Higher Up " that made decisions, quoted prices, and finalized sales, a person who wouldn't allow a customer to leave dissatisfied, especially over competition having a better deal. To many tire changers making business decisions

Called & spoke to Jay about used tires for my car. Pleasant & polite gentleman. He quoted me $60 for 2 that weren't my original size. Said he had 4, but was willing to hold the other 2 for me until the following week. He checked with the boss & the boss found 4 tires my size. Was going to sell them for $65 for 2, but decided to give them to me for the same price as the other ones. When I got to the shop to have them put the 2 tires on, I was quoted $50 for the 2 tires! I was in & out in 20 minutes!! Great prices & fast, excellent customer service! I will be going back to get the other 2 tires next week & will highly recommend them. Great job & thank you!
